These terms apply to services provided by Kieran Martinez, doing business as Third Second Co. ("I", "me"), Colorado Springs, Colorado. By purchasing a service you agree to them.
Services
Written Ad Audit: a one-time written review of your Meta ads, including a tracking check, top problems with screenshots, 3–5 ranked fixes, and one before/after mockup. Ongoing Meta Ads Management and Creative: monthly campaign management and ad creative built from your assets, scoped in a written agreement.
Payment
The audit fee ($150) is paid in full before work begins. Monthly retainers are billed in advance each month. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Delivery times
Audits are delivered in writing within 48 hours of receiving payment and the access and assets needed. Retainer work follows the schedule in your written agreement, with weekly written updates.
Your responsibilities
You supply footage, product assets, and partner access to your Meta Business Manager. I never ask for your login credentials. Delays in providing assets or access may delay delivery.
Ad spend
You pay all Meta ad spend directly to Meta. Ad spend is not included in my fees.
No guaranteed results
Results are not guaranteed. Performance depends on your product, pricing, site, and market.
Cancellation
Retainers are month to month and may be canceled by either party with 30 days' written notice. See the Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid me in the month the claim arose. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad account actions taken by Meta.
